Most families are working and after a hard day at work it is easier to just pick up some Taco Bell on the way home than to actually cook a meal afterwards. There is a solution that makes this diet easier to prepare than most other diets and that is steaming. Steaming not only requires very little attention but keeps more of the nutrients in your food. So cut your veggies start your steamer and timer then take a load off and relax while your food steams.
